It is an expectation of the Vice President to:
- Within 1 month of the AGM coordinate a decision for next year's conference venue and date. When decided liaise with web developer to do a conference masthead for the welcome page of the website.
- Liaise with publicity and office admin on draft marketing brochure and ensure regular news is distributed.
- Within 2 months of the AGM liaise with office administration to draw up a budget using the standard forms and secure critical bookings (eg: venue bookings, deposits, etc.)
- Coordinate a committee to run the entire conference program.
- Liaise with the Treasurer to pay all conference bills and indicate well in advance if budget looks like being exceeded.
- Liaise with sponsorship coordinator regarding conference sponsors marketing materials
- Vice president must consult the conference convenors kit
- Holds banner until next conference
